Kahoot! as a Gamification Tool in Vocational Education: More Positive Attitude, Motivation and Less Anxiety in EFL

This study aims to reveal the effect of gamified response system, Kahoot!, on attitude towards EFL course, motivation and exam anxiety. For this purpose, an embedded mixed design, in which quantitative qualitative methods used together, was preferred. The group consist 88 ninth grade vocational high school students. Before experiment, attitude, anxiety scales were applied experimental control groups as pre-test. At end experiment process; conducted post-tests groups. In addition, views randomly selected students from Kahoot! application examined. results revealed that significantly increased course. learning decreased anxiety, but not significant. Finally, it thought funny.
